Extreme Wheelie Ltd Terms & Conditions

A reservation will be made in the purchaser or recipient’s name upon receipt of payment or voucher. Confirmation details will be sent by first class post to the address that is given to us by you.

By confirming a booking and paying a depositor or in full, even purchasing a voucher you have agreed to our terms and conditions and have entered a contract.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue – vouchers can be extended by prior agreement and a £15 extension fee will be applied, no refunds will be given after 14 days of purchase, no exception’s.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or cancelled in exchange for a refund or any other payments.

As an alternative to cancellation, you may wish to nominate an alternative rider to attend the day on your behalf, we must be notified of name change.

Non-attendance on the specified course day without prior written agreement will result in the cancellation of the gift voucher or any payment made, and the entire fee will be forfeited.

Any price deference from original booked price will have to be settled, this would be due to price increase in fuel costs, venue cost, if this is refused then your voucher or deposit part paid or in full will not be refunded. 

Once a booking has been confirmed, applications to alter the date of the booking will only be accepted when notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the course date. Any applications to alter the date received less than 14 days prior to the date will only be accepted if we are able to re-book your space. There will be a £15 administration fee payable in either circumstance. In either circumstance, another booking must be made and confirmed within 14 days of the original event date otherwise the original booking will be forfeited.

On the day All participants will be required to sign a Declaration of Indemnity on the course date prior to participation. In the event that the participant is under 18 years of age will not be able to qualify to attend the course. It is a condition of the disclaimer written and states that all attendees are 18 and follow the site rules.

Extreme Wheelie reserves the right to cancel the course at their sole discretion and you will be given an alternative date. We will, of course, give as much notice as possible. Extreme Wheelie will not be held responsible for any costs you incur as a result of a course being cancelled, this will only be done if we think your safety is at risk.

Any rider damaging a school Motorcycle will immediately forfeit all remaining school activity. There will be no refund whatsoever if this condition is applied and up to £500 will be payable for any damage occurred by you.

Alcohol and/or drugs are strictly forbidden from all Extreme Wheelie events.

Extreme Wheelie reserves the right to prevent participation in the course if they have reasonable grounds to consider that the participant is unfit to ride for reasons of health & Saftey or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. There will be no refund whatsoever if this condition is applied.

In the event of mechanical problems arising, Extreme Wheelie will make every effort to have substitute Motorcycles on standby. However, in the event that a course is substantially shorter/cancelled due to circumstances beyond Extreme Wheelie control, then there maybe an alternative date offered to you depending on time of day. 

Spectators are welcome at Extreme Wheelie events. However it is a condition of admission that they shall obey the site rules. For safety, we limit the number of spectators to 2 per rider. All spectators must stay within the marked areas & children must be supervised at all times. Failure to supervise children will result in them and their guardian being asked to leave the site. Spectators under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible spectating adult.

In the unlikely event that you have any concern or complaint over your day, they must be received in writing within 14 days after the event.

I understand that Motorsport is hazardous and I am voluntarily exposing myself to risk of damage or loss or personal injury by participating in a Motorsport event. I understand that the purpose of the event is to allow the participants to improve their  Motorcycle skills and learn the handling characteristics of the vehicles(s) they are using.
